Michael has over 16 years of financial experience and has worked as an advisor for 7 years. He is currently the fund manager of Late Stage Funds, working extensively in managing portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutional assets. Michael’s expertise extends into raising funds for all sorts of private investments through the large network he has built over the years. Michael has a passion for continuously building relationships to serve each individual investor in seeking the right alternative investment opportunity. Working towards the next big opportunity for the fund to gain knowledge is Michael’s constant commitment to remain a step head.

Carl started his financial career when he came to new jersey in 2001. Working at a boutique investment firm he was able to learn both fundamental and technical analysis to better serve his niche clients that consisted of the partners of the big four accounting firms. Always considerate of staying within compliance for his clients he was able to build long lasting relationships with them that continue to grow. He later ventured off and started one of new jersey most successful ESCO`s in the tri state area, providing businesses a lower operating cost to help increase their profit margin, while reducing their carbon footprint. Carl has helped establish one of the largest pre-ipo networks in the country that is helping investor gain access to some of the most sought after technology companies. Since he was not a computer programmer, software engineer or designing the next big app, he committed himself to help middle America build wealth like the people from silicon valley thar have been doing it for years, without having to go to Stanford University. Since the pandemic let loose in the united states he has been able to organize a consulting company that provides essential personal protection equipment to the front liners who are health care professionals, emt`s, fire departments and law enforcement. In his spare time he likes to golf, dance, make pizzas and be outdoors with nature.

Previously as a Life Insurance and Financial Planner, Navy veteran Jeremy Barish has helped many individuals achieve their retirement goals. Ed Flannery spent two decades working to educate people in the realms of economics and personal financial literacy. After completing an MBA with a concentration in Economics, he transitioned to the private sector and began working in the private equity sector. Now, as a member of the Late Stage team, he is looking forward to an opportunity to develop longstanding and lucrative relationships with the fund`s members. While he enjoyed preparing a generation of business leaders through a combination of classroom and practical training, he is happy to bring his knowledge, credentials and experience to Late Stage Management.
With close to three decades of business and leadership experience, John has led hundreds of employees, managed budget totals in excess of $100 million dollars, and raised multi-millions in additional funding for organizations under his guidance.
John’s degrees in Business Management/Marketing and Masters in Organizational Leadership coupled with his Series 65 certification and experiences working for some of the largest companies in the United States while also leading successful educational organizations gives John a unique lens to view all of our Pre-IPO opportunities.

Michael has successfully built multiple million dollar business across varying industries helping clients solve crucial problems and aiding high net worth individuals create wealth. With nearly a decade of trading and investing experience, Michael leverages his business experience and financial knowledge into the private placement space helping our clients find the most profitable opportunities in the secondary market.

Sharlene holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Business Management, she has been in Banking and Customer Relations for over 15 years, working with some of the top financial firms in the US. Instrumental in building a successful Asset Management startup under Zurich Capital Markets with over 19 billion AUM, hosting products such as Options, Principal Protected Notes, Swaps, Custody and Credit Facility to facilitate investments into closed end domestic and international Hedge Funds.
With a comprehensive understanding of operational and administrative infrastructure, allowing the ability to be a productive decision maker with exceptional analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication, relationship building and interpersonal skills. Areas of expertise include Investor Relations, Due Diligence, Customer Service, Compliance, Risk Management, Third Party Oversight, Project & Program Management.
